The school held their Macmillan coffee and cake fundraiser in the afternoon of 23rd September. The pupils had spent some time in the morning baking a variety of treats that were then available to taste during the fundraiser. It was a busy afternoon with parents and families invited and even a fun quiz to partake in.

The school joined the other 3 schools in the federation for a fun packed day at the local Weardale Adventure Centre in Ireshopeburn, on 28th May. Although each school remained in their own “bubbles”, it was fantastic to be able to enjoy a day all at the same location. Please view the photographs of the pupils from Wearhead Primary.
