On Friday 16th October the whole school will be taking a virtual journey to visit Spain. Please can the children wear red, black and yellow and bring a small cabin bag with a selection of things to do on the virtual aircraft.
Please wear old clothes, bring waterproofs, spare clothes and appropriate footwear – wellies.
The Infants have worked very hard and created their own version of the Hungry Caterpillar.
Juniors have PE sessions on Tuesday and Friday – please can all pupils come to school wearing their PE kits. As the weather is changing it would be wise to have a tracksuit too.

The school will be hosting 3 Mr Hopper Days this autumn. Please make sure that your child(ren) are dressed and prepared for outdoor activities. It may be useful to bring spare clothes on those days too.
Sports Club for year 3-6 will be restarting on Tuesday 15th September. Please bring an extra bottle of water just in case.

Virtual Leavers Assembly
While it will be impossible to hold a ‘physical’ leavers assembly this year, I am delighted to announce that we
will still be having a ‘virtual’ leavers assembly to say goodbye to our four wonderful Year Six children. This will
take place, via Zoom, at 10.30am on Friday 17th July,
Everyone, including any extended family members, is invited to attend and you will find the meeting code
and password attached to the email as usual. As this will potentially be a slightly larger assembly than usual,
we will be observing the following guidelines.
Participants must have a recognisable screen name when they log on, otherwise you may not be
The chat function will be disabled for all participants
All participants will have sound muted by the meeting host
